The Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes
Heirloom tomatoes

Basil leaves

Make it !

This is so simple, all you need to do is put the tomatoes on the skewer, followed by the cheese and basil. Keep layering until you are happy with it,  use olive oil as a dip as well as balsamic vinegar if you wish to.

Veggie Sticks With Nut Butter

Veggie sticks with nut butter are easy, yet super tasty. Not much work required to prepare but healthy and full of delicious yummyness. I like to use carrots, celery and green beans. Choose whatever veggies you prefer and pair them with nut butter, it is that simple!

3. Olives

Olives are the perfect keto snack or addition to any keto-friendly meal. They are a powerhouse when it comes to nutrition and they are tasty too. For me, they totally kick my cravings for salty, unhealthy snacks like potato chips (minus the crunch) Olives are high in vitamin E, fiber, and they provide anti-inflammatory properties and they can also prevent various diseases such as arthritis and osteoporosis. I like to stuff them with cheese or eat them plane.

4. Boiled Eggs with Avocado

Boiled eggs are packed with protein and fat, avocados are a keto dieters best friend. Pair the two by mashing the avocado up and adding a little sea salt, use the avocado as a dip for the boiled eggs. enjoy!

Swap the usual chicken for cauliflower for a healthy alternative to the classic buffalo

Try a healthy, vegetarian twist on classic buffalo wings by swapping the chicken for fiber rich cauliflower. This is a really simple vegetarian alternative to chicken, give it a try!
To prepare this delicious treat, toss cauliflower florets with your favorite buffalo sauce and melted butter. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or you can use an air fryer to make these.
